  • We are located a mile from the NE corner of UF campus.

  • We are 1.5 miles from Florida Field, The Swamp! For gamedays we have guests who take Ubers/Lyfts, electric scooters, or about a 30-35 minute walk.

  • We are 1.7 miles from the O’Connell Center

  • We are located 1.8 miles from Shands, generally a 7-10 minute drive.

  • 40-45 minute drive to Ginnie Spring

    45-50 minute drive to Itchetucknee Springs State Park

    35-40 minute drive to Gilchrist Blue Springs State Park

  • Each unit can accommodate up to 10 guests, with 6 units all next to each other we can host up to 60 guests at once, each with their own kitchen, private areas etc.

  • There are 7 beds in each unit. 2 king beds, 2 twin beds, 2 twin fold-up rollaway beds (the best ones ever made), and 1 queen sleeper sofa. We provide clean sheets, pillows and comforters for all beds.

  • All of our homes have smart coded door locks which make arrival and getting in and out a breeze, especially for large groups…no sharing one key! We will provide a code for you to enter anytime at your convenience 4pm onward on your arrival date. Check-out is by 11am on the departure date.

    If you need an early check-in or late check-out please contact us to approve this well ahead of time as our cleaners need sufficient time to prepare.

  • Though we love furry friends and helpers, due to some severe allergies and to be able to keep our spaces to the highest cleaning standards for all guests we have a strict no pet policy.

  • Each booking comes with 1 reserved spot, 1 shared spot (first come first serve split between 2 units), and plentiful free street parking. We have never had guests with many vehicles have issues finding parking on the block.

  • We have large screen, easy to use streaming enabled smart TV’s in all living rooms and bedrooms.

  • Yes, the area of the Pleasant Street neighborhood we are located in is very peaceful and safe. The neighborhood is a historic area with many structures families who have been here a long time, it has been under redevelopment for the past decade. In our many years of living and renting here we have never had or heard of an incident of theft or violence. We have doorbell cameras and exterior cameras in the parking areas.

  • We love hosting families and have a large family and a few kiddos of our own! We provide Pack-n-Play cribs, children’s dinnerware, utensils and sound machines. We have baby gates at the top of the stairs to all of our upstairs spaces. We are also always happy to give you family friendly local recommendations for all ages. You are all welcome!

  • We are always delighted to get to host your family and friends for special occasions like weddings! Contact us if you’d like to coordinate booking multiple units.

  • We have full kitchens with cooking essentials supplied. Bring your own favorites!

  • We have coffee makers in all of our spaces which can do both coffee grounds and Keurig style pods. Our coffee makers have washable filters and we provide complimentary coffee grounds.

  • Yes, we provide fresh towels and many other things like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps, cleaning supplies, dishwasher pods, and a few laundry pods to make your stay as seamless, easy and enjoyable as possible.

  • We regularly host company trips, work crews and traveling teams. You can trust us to take care of your team and provide everything they need to be comfortable.

  • We do not allow events/parties that may disrupt other guests and neighbors on location. We are happy to host you and your group if you are attending an event nearby. For safety and to prevent disturbances there is a maximum guest occupancy of 10 people of all ages. If you need to go beyond this by a little and won’t be breaking house rules you can reach out to us to get approval.

  • Yes, we have all of our places available on all of these platforms, though we can generally provide the best price through direct booking.

  • Yes, we have premium high speed internet.

  • We can host up to 10 guests per space, please make sure your reservation reflects the correct total number of guests. Contact us if you are just above this number to see if we can work it out. We are also generally able to give discounts if you have a large group and want to book multiple units. Between all 6 units we can host up to 60 guests at once.

  • We are tucked away in a peaceful street in the center of it all! We are close to UF campus, Downtown restaurants and nightlife, nature parks, bike trails, movie theaters, shopping and more. We are also close to world famous fresh water springs the whole family will love, like the Itchetucknee river springs, Gilchrist Blue springs and Ginnie springs.

  • We have outdoor porches and balconies with ashtrays, you are welcome to do so there respectfully of other guests. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed indoors.
